At JoyfulFinds.one, I want you to love your purchase. If something isn’t right, here’s how I’ll make it better:
1. Can I Return My Item?
You can request a return within 30 days of delivery if:
Your item is unused, in original packaging
The product is defective, damaged, or incorrectly shipped
(Note: Digital downloads, personalized items, and clearance deals are final sale)
2. The Refund Process
Step 1: Email me at support@joyfulfinds.one with:
» Your order number
» Reason for return
» Photos (if damaged/defective)
Step 2: I’ll reply within 24 hours (weekdays) with return instructions.
Step 3: Once I receive and inspect your return:
» Approved refunds go back to your original payment method
» Processing takes 3–5 business days (bank timing may vary)
3. When Refunds Can’t Be Offered
I may not be able to refund if:
The return request is past 30 days
Item shows signs of use, damage from misuse, or missing parts
Final sale items (clearly marked in product descriptions)
Original shipping fees (unless I made a mistake)
4. Return Shipping
You’ll cover return shipping unless the error was mine (wrong item or damage during transit).
