At JoyfulFinds.one, I want you to love your purchase. If something isn’t right, here’s how I’ll make it better:

1. Can I Return My Item?

You can request a return within 30 days​ of delivery if:

  • Your item is unused, in original packaging

  • The product is defective, damaged, or incorrectly shipped

  • (Note: Digital downloads, personalized items, and clearance deals are final sale)

2. The Refund Process

  • Step 1: Email me at support@joyfulfinds.one​ with:

    » Your order number

    » Reason for return

    » Photos (if damaged/defective)

  • Step 2: I’ll reply within 24 hours (weekdays) with return instructions.

  • Step 3: Once I receive and inspect your return:

    » Approved refunds go back to your original payment method

    » Processing takes 3–5 business days​ (bank timing may vary)

3. When Refunds Can’t Be Offered

I may not be able to refund if:

  • The return request is past 30 days

  • Item shows signs of use, damage from misuse, or missing parts

  • Final sale items (clearly marked in product descriptions)

  • Original shipping fees (unless I made a mistake)

4. Return Shipping

  • You’ll cover return shipping unless the error was mine (wrong item or damage during transit).
